Trade Information

Trade Space Bookings should be made as soon as possible and must be in with remittances by Wednesday 13th February for the 2019  Kaitaia & Districts  A&P Show

 if you wish occupy one of these sites and indicate whether power is required or not. Please return your Booking Form and remittance at the earliest opportunity so that receipts and complimentary show access tickets can be issued prior to the show.

Complimentary tickets

Complimentary show access tickets will be issued on the following basis:-

    3M x 6M   Trade space –  1 Ticket

    6M x 6M   Trade space –  2 tickets (2 persons)

    9M x 12M Trade space –  3 tickets (3 persons)

  12M x 12M Trade space –  4 tickets (4 persons)

  20M x 12M Trade space –  5 tickets (5 persons)

  30M x 12M Trade space –  6 tickets (6 persons)

  Additional show access tickets

  may be purchased for $5.00

  Power to site is an additional $23.00
